The pipes UNIDELTA Pe-Xb 16x2
Underfloor heating pipe UNIDELTA made of cross-linked polyethylene 16x2
UNIDELTA pipes in Pe-Xb, polyethylene cross-linked with silane, high density with oxygen barrier.
Description
UNIDELTA R996T pipes made of Pe-Xb (polyethylene cross-linked with silane - cross-linking percentage > 70%) are used for water distribution in heating and/or cooling systems. Thanks to the use of specially created raw materials for the production of this product, the Giacomini pipe, along with the advantages of using pipes made of synthetic materials, has increased flexibility, eliminating internal stress during installation and after pouring the screed.
A distinctive feature of UNIDELTA underfloor heating pipes are also high organoleptic properties and smoothness of the surface, which reduce the tendency to build up. All UNIDELTA pipes are produced by extrusion with an external anti-diffusion protection made of EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol), according to EN ISO 15875 and DIN 4726, preventing the penetration of oxygen and, as a result, corrosion processes.
Specifications
The pipes are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 15875, which specifies physical and dimensional values, and tested in accordance with EN ISO 15875 and DIN 16892, which determines pressure and temperature resistance according to regression curves. Maximum operating temperature 95 °C. Maximum peak temperature 110 °C. Diameter 16mm, wall thickness 2mm.
